I replaced the lens and mirrors on my wife’s laser engraver today.
This is the reason I’d never be satisfied or happy putting a laser on my mpcnc. Hers is SOO much cooler!
She has an Epilog Helix 30w laser with an 18"x24" bed. This thing is awesome (and it better be for the price tag these carry… I’ll just say, you could probably build 40+ mpcnc’s for the cost of this thing)
First picture is from weeks ago (marking leather so I could make a leather bag, and the second picture is of a little Christmas ornament I decided to make to test out the new lens and mirrors.
I bought a trash can with an auto lid from simple human about 2 years ago. It recently broke and I took it apart to try to fix it. Then I emailed them to see if they would sell me the part. I was clear that I would pay for the part and I was clear it was my fault it broke and it was old, so I wasn’t hopeful.
They sent me a $200 credit to their web store to order a new one. I am pretty sure mine did not cost me $200 when I bought it. They never asked for a receipt.
Sometimes customer service is so great, I just want to have another problem so I can talk to them again
