Optional Extruder Print Fan (for PLA)

Hi

When I bought the extruder from here, it was suggested that I add a print fan for PLA. I’ve also purchased the extruder mount from here as well. How do I wire the additional fan. Do I run power it from the fan that is on the extruder, or do I run another set of wires and connect it to the controller?

The fan needs to go to your RAMPS controller. Here are some instructions on setting up your extruder. Look at the bottom picture and description to see where to connect the fan.
