@Jonathjon, look forward to seeing the Prebuilds. Is this “Prebuilds” area where you communicate, nail down build details, Q&A, and provide progress updates with Customers? Guessing post build getting started, and doing first cuts support would be via regular community posts, and not some Premium support contract type arrangement?
