I might have to source stainless tubing so I can do the upgrade without waiting for the conduit version…
What about the full Primo kit? Will there be a waiting list for that, you think? If so, how can I sign up?

Not sure if I missed this in the conversation, but what will be the advantages / disadvantages of going burly to primo?
In theory is should be slightly stiffer. For the new builds, it’s less parts.
You left out the most important advantage! It’s new, thus by definition superior. Must. Have. The. Newness.
In all seriousness though, I like to play on the bleeding edge, its more exciting and you learn more. It’s certainly not for everyone though.
Although for the stiffness and reduced part count, it sounds like you may lose some work area in relation to the footprint.
How long before you release the line drawing (for the 25mm size)?
I have some 25.4mm SS tubing and a MPCNC Grbl_ESP32 (Bart Dring) board waiting for the “J” STL files…
I was just about to reprint all my MPCNC parts as i was too frugal with time and filament last time making that one quite… not very good. I guess I’ll wait for this one to release before spending even more filament! Excited to see what is in the upgrade kit! Will the Primo still work with the Ramps 14 board?

Yea it’s exciting. Printing parts for Voron v0 & v2, as well as PrintNC.
My original MPCNC was ‘V1 Red’ and black.
Ordered lots of extra Voron colors so, with the new MPCNC design, all of my machines can match.
Because, you know, that’s so important.
Anyone try the Atomic CF PETG? Verdict?
I haven’t used it on my MPCNC [yet, got some of their Dark Cherry CF last week that’s just begging to be included in a Primo], but I’ve used the black elsewhere and have to say my experience matches the reviews on their site. The stuff is amazing.

I have found a local source for 1" x .065 (25.4mm) 304 polished SS at what looks like a very good price but they only have 2 20 ft sticks in stock. I am thinking about getting one before they sell out and no telling what the price would be when restocked. I have a conduit version and thinking about ‘upgrading’.
Can you please confirm that the 25.4 mm flavor will be the first released? Speed of finishing the ‘upgrade’ is not important, $$$ is.

So excited. Had a version built and it cut okay, but wanted to make it better. Printed the burly parts, but am now going to just wait. Just ordered Black and Yellow Proto-Pasta HTPLA for Primo.
