awe. man. I didn’t think about that yet. Now I wonder if I’m supposed to be upset (I’m not)

Do the 1" it makes more sense from an engineering viewpoint. You’re argument that old 3/4" EMT will wear out makes sense and that they’re loosing cut volume makes even more sense to use this as a chance to get new conduit.

Wow it’s cheaper down there. North of the border HD is
16 for 3/4 and 18 for 1 inch

1” id seems to be the better solution in the long run. When I first started with the mpcnc I thought it was a good first machine and a way to get started in the hobby. But if you look in the gallery you can see that the mpcnc has become much more than that, it really has become an everyday useful tool at a low price. The 1” emt version could become something that we can recommend to the wider community, someone more interested in the tool rather than tinkering as a hobby. Based on this it might be a good idea to have a recommended standard size and a controller that is easy, complete and readily available, but the 1” conduit could be a good foundation.

My thought was aw man now I hve to print another set of parts

think I can keep this up that long? its like the 500 likes in a day :grinning: may get that too

I mean, this is the PRIMO! As in “of top quality.”

I don’t see any complaints about the wider belt sizes even though that upgrade costs more… How is this all that different? Other than people already bought 3/4’’?

The Burly is still an option lol

wooo hoooo but if you click the time in the top right it was post 3025 I think I missed the 3000 but the slider is kool to

This really isn’t for many people, because Ryan isn’t going to keep stocking the parts (I think he has already stopped?).

You make a good point about the belts.

I wonder why those are different…did we have 24 deleted posts?

I just want an EMT option. Whether it be 3/4" or 1" doesn’t matter to me. I just can’t justify the cost of steel tube. While I was hoping to reuse my existing 3/4" EMT, I don’t have a problem buying new 1". I do plan on reducing the size of my MPCNC to a 24"x24" work area.

I think that is the reason if the poster requested it or someone else

Well not the “kits/bundles” but I am going to try and keep the other stuff around for a while, takes some people up to a year to finish, and some might need replacement parts.
