New LR3 Build Firmware Issues? SKR Pro

Have a new LR3 V3 gantry built, that I’m trying to get flashed so I can move on to building my table. I feel like I must have flashed the wrong firmware because:

I dont seem to be having the same menu options and when I home Z in Marlin Mode it only homes one motor (z2). To make things weirder when I move Z in marlin mode both steppers seemingly function normally. Additionally all my icons seem to be configured for a 3d printer and not a CNC. SOLVED: ZMAX was open and reading triggered

The firmware I have flashed is V1CNC_SkrPro_DualLR_2209-2.1.1.zip it has updated to a cursor file.

The TFT firmware I am using is currently Bloms CNC targeted version, which improves the clearly printer Icons but the names are still configured for 3d printing. I have also tried the BIGTREE_GD_TFT35_v3.0_E3.27.x.bin as well as the non GD version, they both seem to operate about the same (I do have a GD TFT). Do I need to manually rename the bmps?

Additionally I see this line in the tft repo, “Possibility to define CNC_MENU in Configuration.h in order to configure the SW for CNC purposes” yet when adding to the dual endstop firmware config.h it fails to compile using vscode. I do not see a config.h as it relates to the tft firmware.

Can someone please explain what I am missing here? I’m so close and feel mired in frustration at the moment.
