So that’s what UHMW stands for. I only knew it was some kind of polyethelene plastic and didn’t realize they made that as tape. I just know it’s used for weight rack attachments to prevent metal sliding against metal. Hmm, I wonder how well sheets of that get along with CNC.

3/4 and 1/2 inch plays fine with flush cut and round over bits, if that helps.

So in trying to figure out how to attach my 2.5" hose to the top mount I could not figure out what that clip like part with ‘UP’ written on it was. After watching some of your design videos on this @DougJoseph I realized that you have a vacuum hose that this clip is used to retain - Vacmaster I think you called it. After looking a bunch I could not find something like that for those of us without a Vacmaster so I designed this simple adapter with a groove to get the same functionality. It keeps the hose in yet releases when I push in the clip. 
I uploaded it to printables in case anyone else needs/wants one.

Hey Doug, will you be updating when v4 is released?
I will be remaking my LowRider v3 into a v4. I am still preparing to try out Ryan’s new dust shoe for the v4. I don’t have any plans right now for using anything else.
