Years back I build the original MPCNC, had some success, but a lot of failures as well. But most important I really did not have the space for it, it was running under the sloped roof of my attic, having to crawl on my knees to operate it.
However, I’ve now moved house got a (for in the city) decent workshop of 20m2. So I’ve decided to repurpose the Nema and build the Lowrider. Almost everything else I’ve bought new. I’ll set it up with a SKR board. I’ve got the bridge build and now it’s time to do cable management… Let’s wip out the label maker :D.
I have a Kress (or AMB) 800 laying here, so that is what I’ll be using.
