We finally got our table up and running. The marker was taped on and it’s pretty wobbly, but we were just excited to see it run and not super concerned about fine tuning at first. Ignore the mess on the table - it made for a good work surface while I was putting it together and now everybody keeps using it as a work surface.
It’s huuuge! How are the rails holding up, any sagging?
I love my giant work surface that I clean off once and a while to discover a router under it all!
Cool build, welcome!
So far so good! Either that or we’re too inexperienced to notice anything yet haha.
Definitely need to do more reading and learning how to use Estlcam and more testing since we kind of jumped it with minimal reading and things are sort of working but not enough that I actually know if what’s working is because of something intentional I’ve done or if it’s just luck lol.
I drew a quick Halloween pumpkin as our first test and here’s a picture of the first cut that really worked:
That’s awesome, and yeah a yuuge table.
Hi. Nice build.
How big is the table in cm?, or meters? I live in sweden and we often talk mm, cm and meters…
I like your project
Cheers from Sweden
