I am not sure if I have seen more than one or two table covers. It is really mostly just people squished into tables and the tables are full of stuff to check out. At the same time it is usually so crowded if there where table covers you would never notice. This year should be different.
My lady vetoed the white background version cover mentioning how many clean white shirts I own…zero…
(that is Ben Heck in the middle of that picture, not sure I noticed that before.)
You get an entire 8’ table, right? In years gone past, I have taken a printer along to play with. Will it be OK if i do that again and still sit at your table? I don’t want to mess up your branding/image.
From my eye level I just looked for a clear passage through the herd and whatever table I ended up at I hung out for a minute. I don’t think looking up was an option! It will be so different with some space to breath, that should be awesome.
Going through the kitchen hallway and squeezing past Joel, Prusa, or any number of people you recognize from youtube or twitter is a bit of an different experience in itself. Only at MRRF, bleeding edge consumer 3D printer hardware in a 4H barn in the middle of nowhere. Getting excited finally!
Make sure a pen works for sure, plan B is giant Sandify patterns! It would be really cool to see it moving all over the place. I have nothing artistic, I am spending all of my free time trying to rapidly rapid prototype so I have a thing to bring.
