MPCNC Truck print failure

Hi,
I have read through all the other problems the guys have posted on this topic and I still cannot get a good print. I have tried several prints with higher temp and many of the recommendations, so I am stuck.
I have a new Creality Ender 3 S1 and I am using the Creality slicer.

This is my print and a suggestion / question.

Has anyone modified the truck to have the outer side thicker to make printing more forgiving.

Actually… that profile is highly useful. It allows access to the grub screw on the drive pulley.

Some observation things:

Cura slicer is probably better than the creality one. Just MHO.
Infill should be rectilinear of some other structural infill. I like Cubic Subdivision
You have very think walls and top bottom. That profile becomes a solid block at those numbers and may not be as strong as designed. Use Ryans suggested numbers and try it out.
Might be printing too hot. I usually print at 200-205.

Hi Mike,
Thanks for the advice. I will give your suggestions a try. I am using the Creality slicer which came with my Creality Ender S1 which I bought two weeks ago. All other parts of the MPCNC have printed perfectly even the Core. 2 days and 3 hours. Quite a marathon, but well worth it. It looks like a work of art.
