MPCNC Primo end stop wiring

So trying to understand directions on wiring end stops… The directions pic below has “S” and “-” on opposite sides for X1 and X2. Do I need to flip the V1 supplied wires on those? I guess it would help to know what white and black wires from end stop go to? The warning of NOT wiring these incorrectly has me a little spooked. Thanks for all the help so far!
More to come! Running RAMBO 1.4 and complete V1 kit.

Currently I’m keeping pink writing on wires oriented per pic below (Up, when plugging into board). I’m also running black wire on end stop pig tail to hinge side of switch.

Polarity does not matter, so white or black can go to either pin.

The Rambo board is surprisingly robust. It will survive if you happen to wire them wrong, but the board will not boot if you wire them wrong. Occasionally, making this mistake will blow a fuse, but usually not even this happens.

When you get around to installing a touch plate, it is a bit better if the signal pin goes to plate and ground goes to the clip.

Thanks so much Robert! Huge piece of mind!
