MPCNC Primo cable drag chain

Hi all, I’m starting the wiring of my MPCNC Primo, I was looking for a good mount for drag chain on my machine but I haven’t found anything good.
Do you have any advice? I’ve also seen the measure tape but I want something more “modular” as a drag chain…
Thanks all!

My solution is nothing special. I modeled a bracket that I glued to the side of the trucks.

I glued it with contact cement since I considered it a prototype, but the first version worked well, and the glue is holding. Here is a ZIP file containing both a STEP and a STL versions.

I purchased this drag chain. The selection of this drag chain was pretty random, but I reference it here since the end link of the chain matches the hole spacing on the bracket.

I don’t remember for sure, but I believe you will need to mirror the bracket in the slicer for the “mirror” trucks. It was printed on it side, and I believe I used 50% infill.

Drag chain holders
These need a little work, really. The offset for the Z chain is a little too wide.

There are 3 pieces to this set, and the holes for the X and Y drag chains are a little different, because somehow I got 10X15 drag chains that were different from each other. Super easy to change though.

The plugs are meant to go into 1" .065" wall tube, and are secured by a #8 woodscrew. They also allow you to run your wiring harness through the tube.
