Hi guys. MPCNC primo is a best option for a good job. So we need updates like on topic. So i didn’t found a way how turn of extruder on marlin firmware. It will safe also couple dollars. Thanks
Dear Rolandas, I am sorry but I can’t understand what your problem is.
You have a Primo. What kind of updates do you need? What about 50mm pipes? Do you want the Primo to have those? And you can use closed loop steppers, that’s just your electronics, they can be made however you want to.
If you use the V1 firmware for the SKR, the buttons for extruder etc will still be there but are functionless. It was/is too much hassle to have a custom firmware for CNC machines. If you have another board you have to be more specific, because we can’t read your thoughts.

How to make easy way stl files with same m8 bolts and same mearings primo core and truck with 50mm pipe size holes?
That’s not really possible without basically converting it completely. There was someone that wanted to build an XXL primo but it never happened.
