Mp3dp making bad noises

Printer has been cranking parts and recently started making noise… Is this a lube problem? Has anyone else experienced this sound? It only does it for rapid moves.

Could be lube of the linear rails, but more likely something is either loose or binding in/on one of the idler pullies or stepper pullies.

Considered printing part rotated 45degree angle to help isolate if Stepper A and/or B are cause? Ran into similar on v4, cleaning and lube helped. Removed belts to ensure rails run smoothly without binding. I like how design of mp3dp front is open to reduce Y resistance/binding.

Is nozzle Z hopped high enough during travel, and not bouncing/vibrating over infill lines?

Mine isnt open… Noise is over open space.

Lube and cleaning sound like the path forward

The right y rail is making the noise or that is what it feels like.
