how wide of a tape measure did you make and do you have a link for the covering that goes over it? thank you.
@thriller , these are the ones I used.
I went with the 1.5” sleeve because I was originally going to put the router cord in it as well but I changed my mind so you could probably go down to the 1” if you like.
BTW, this is an older thread so you might want to start a new one if you don’t get too many responses.
After a couple of disasters over recent years with my dangling Z motor cables getting trapped by table clamps, I finally got round to making my own tape measure mod from scratch using an old 13mm wide tape measure. It works very well I think. Feel free to use:-
