Just because I REALLY hate crimping dupont connectors (probably because I don’t have the right crimper) I have to ask. Will any other headers fit in the motor connectors? Specifically in the JST line?
Well, any 2.54mm spaced female connector will probably work, like JST-XH, but will require that you remove the locking shields on the motor connectors. Probably not a good fit for the end stop connectors at all. I bieve those are actually a Molex connector with the lock tabs, which are very similar to the DuPont, but actually easier to crimp with a bit more wire space.
I like these for in-line connectors as an alternative to the dupont because they have the active locking, which has saved my bacon a couple of times.

Just remember that you need the crimp pins, too.
I bought those for my MPCNC with the Jackpot from Ryan: Stepper extender wires. – V1 Engineering Inc. No more crimping for me.
