The LR3 took everything away that didn’t look like the letters. Did the real small cuts with an 1,375mm and the rest with a 6 mm routerbit.

It’s coing to be a decor piece for the musical “my son Pinocchio” that two of my kids are going to play in

Made some more dust today:

The border has to be sawn off, bit is not large enough, a little cleaning-up to do, I think a brush will take most pieces off

It’s cut 75mm deep, the last 25 i’m going to saw or use a copy bit. Some thin lines were engraved to make painting easier,
