Regular vinyl cutting software should account for that. But for ours I think I added a estlcam section for that. My cutters need a 0.25mm lead in and lead out and corner radius minimum. Without that the stickers will still have a tab on them.
I think we use plasma or laser overcut with lead in and lead out.
