One of your video’s on you tube was a test piece with two parts to test.
I think it was in “For LowRider v3 CNC, full sheet capable table, Part 1, prep & cross lap test“
Does that Test Piece exist as a downloadable file? I did not see it in the download link.
While watching the video, I was aware that the thickness of the material was a key feature, but I did not appreciate that the accuracy and calibration of my build of a v3 LowRider also could be an important factor.

I don’t think I made that available as a download, but it is easy to create a test of your own. You draw a square that is the same height as your proposed ribs and spars, and in the center of the bottom you a draw cut out that is exactly half the height of the square and the width of the cut out is exactly the measured thickness of your material. Then you cut that out twice. You turn one of them around and you attach them to each other.
