Mini RAMBo 1.3 vs Full RAMBo

What is the major difference between the mini RAMBo 1.3 vs. the RAMBO 1.4? Is it just the inability to add end stops on the mini? I’m hurting anxious to order and the 1.4 is our of stock.

1.3 needs an adapter for the LCD screen, the 1.4 doesn’t. Mini/full is a difference in number of drivers.

The mini rambo (because it has 4 drivers) can’t drive the mirrored axes independently, so it can’t auto square. It can deliver the same torque, and you can still use endstops. But dual drivers on X and Y means that while homing, it can adjust each motor independently to adjust the squareness and auto square.

You can configure the extruder connector on the mini Rambo to give you dual y or z control but not both. The full blown Rambo I think you can do both. Also I couldn’t figure out how to get a joystick connected to the mini Rambo so I upgraded for that since it has more pins.
