haha i have actually though about that, would save having to clean up between sheets and setting up multiply times.
I get my tools from a company that will custom make pretty much and tool you want as long as he thinks it can be done, and they can be sharpened which is a bonus
when i was talking to him last he had added a chamfer to end of his 0 flute ,to eliminate any burring on acm panel
I use regular O flut spirals to cut acm and i get clean cuts every single time. This bit has more than 73 sheets this week. Correct cutting settings is important

maybe its the aluminum on our side of the world, thicker or harder dont know, but pretty much everyone in fb groups etc has issues with clean cut edges on acm some sheet cut sweet than others are just of to the bin, one of his customers only cuts acm on big manufactured machine and was still getting this problem with some sheets so they designed the bit with chamfer , to clean up any burs that may occur
Man, every industrial cnc owner wants to cut at full depth, 100mm/s. You just cant do that on acm. Sorry.
