Was supposed to be for my wife, but I eyeballed the size, it fits my daughter well though.

Made on CNC? Would love to see how you kept those piece on the board when cutting. I’ve had an issue with thin piece flying across the room when getting deep into the cut. Did you just use tabs?
On the LowRider, held it with 3 tabs, wood was 9mm before sanding, I took quite a bit off during sanding. The ring is 2mm thick.
2mm 1-flute endmill, 1000mm/min or sth like that, 2mm DOC, and the middle was cut out as a hole.
