Anyone use a shim so they can use 1/8" shank mills? Not finding much for 1/4" on Amazon.ca
Either 1/8" sets, or stuff with varying shank sizes.

I use a collet adapter from rockler. Works great. One with multiple “cuts” in the endmill side may improve run-out, but it works great for me.
I got an adapter from Lee valley.
Would this work? Or will it introduce too much flex?
