The ymin needs some repairs  dropped from the desk ( totally on my own) now to wait a couple of hours for the filament to dry before reprint

Ow. :man_facepalming:

BTDT, so you’re not alone.

But im alone into this: planning to get the amps a little up (these are goung to be working hard!) so a couple of 40mm server fans with custom pwm tune to keep the noise in check

@vicious1 is this possible ryan? what considerations should i take for the 3rd build? +extra core +extra spindle
Flex in the middle?

The bigger the slower, other than that it will work, add an extra brace or two and you should be fine.

Yes, my cutting speeds are 1800-1980mm/min for cutting and 1440mm/min for the vrouting, that machine will only do acm stuff not even pvc.
Braces are going every 250mm± that doesn’t worries me.

I was asking about flex because i leave only 0.5mm to the sheets anything less and the sheet doesn’t work anymore.

I don;t have any sims to predict flex. I have no idea what will happen to your build. I have also never cut ACM. You are our resident pro.

30mm/s is very fast for any cutting, I am not seeing that as an issue.

250+ is too far, the spec is 220-230 or less.
