LR4 Wall Thicknes

My LR3 is great but now I want the LR4. I’m using the super slicer and this question is to wall thickness. Other than saving print time, what would be the difference between using .28mm Super Draft setting and .08 High Detail. Smoother surface? Stronger perhaps? I don’t care about the time since I have the LR3 and it’s working great. Any thoughts?

TLDR .15 layer height on a 0.4mm nozzle was the strongest.

You use the term “wall thickness,” but your question is really asking about layer height. In tests I’ve seen, wall thickness, usually referred to as “wall loops” or “perimeters,” has a large impact on strength, more so than layer height. In fact, when given the choice for strength, tests seem to favor adding more perimeters rather than increasing infill.
