SLOTTING with a 1/4" endmill at 5.3mmDOC 8mm/s recommended speed 15k RPM just over 9LBS of load.
I would consider this an extreme load since I have never tried it.
So maybe 4kg would be a better pull test, 5 if you want to see more deflection.

So when I was doing those test cuts with the beta, 1/4" endmill, 6mm DOC and 50mm/s how much load would that work out to? And my parts came out on size too!

So going 6.25 times faster equates to that much less of a load? Man I really don’t understand how this stuff works LOL. I would have thought it would be a lot more load LOL
