LR4 Plasma Table Finished and Cutting!

Last night I finally got her up and running after a 3rd rewire and controller change.

4x8’ cutting area
10ga bent and corner welded Water table is 56”x108.875” 3” drain
Under table water storage with air forced refill
Scrap metal table build with 6x6x1/4 legs and 2x3” support posts and 1/4” plate
Controller I ended up with was proma cnc with thc
Drivers are stepper online dm542t
For the z axis I ran both motors into one driver and running 1/4 micro steps and 1.96 amps
Plasma cutter is a prime weld cut 60

Everything wire has shield drains
I’m very happy with the quality of cut just for my test torch mount I still have to redesign it and make it more rigid…

Big thanks to anyone who has helped me along the process
