I just put my newly build LR4 on my table and I noticed that both the Y1 and Y2 front stops miss the endstop screw. The Y2 only by a hair, but the space between the Y1 stop and endstop is about 5 mm. I used all measurements from the calculator. Did I do something wrong in the build?
For the Y1 I can try to move the stop a bit to the right, and for the Y2 I can hopefully move the tube a bit to the left, although it is perfectly inline with the stop now.
From the pics you posted your Y max looks to be in the correct spot and should trigger. Your Y min looks like the belt holder is a bit crooked and cocked away from the endstop. If you can adjust that min belt holder over some that should help
Thanks, I checked and it was indeed al little bit crooked. I corrected it but it was still missing the endstop. The solution was actually very easy, I just bended the endstop levers a bit
