LR4 - Missing a step I think

I’m working on building a LR4, but think I’ve missed a step somewhere. The Z rods move back and forth at the top. There’s a bolt, that goes thru that, I left it barely in there, just so I didn’t loose it. Should that be tightened? Or is that tightened when squaring?

Thanks if anyone can point out where that loose z rods gets snugged up.

Let it in loosely. Ryan doesn’t have one in at all, I got it very loose. They are held by gravity alone.
