On a serious note, I knew I should of hit stop when pocketing the letters and leaving the little missed lines in the center of the letters and bad finishing passes. But I thought well the screw holes look good and the screws fit nicely. I can always just re cut the struts once the janky ones are on for a better next set.

Also: add a finishing pass at full depth, 0.3mm at least. You want the struts to be an exact fit. :slight_smile:

So I wanted to make sure I was square. So I made some 10 inch squares and circles each one was off by .5mm on both X and Y. I think I’m close

Now it’s time to see of I am still square after installing the struts

Got all the wiring cleaned up and ziptie and secured. TOMORROW WE CUT!!!
