LR4/Estclam : Got Duplicated & Shifted Cut (?)

Hi,

I’m pretty new but I’ve yet made a few cuts using Estlcam without major issue.
But today I tried a new long cut. I let it run for a while and when returning I can see that everything seems duplicated and shifted despite I have only a single Part machining operation (with a finishing pass but not got pause to switch tool), all the rest are pockets (may be shifted too). Images will be better than words, see below.

I’m wondering what I’ve done wrong. Any advice welcome.
Thanks.

Any time that I’ve had an issue like that is due to either feeds and speeds or a dull bit. Can you post your feeds and speeds, DOC, and router but information?

Because I am on mobile, only very briefly: never let the machine run unattended. We had a few pictures of a shop having caught fire in a few moments.

8mm/s / ~18000 RPM / Parts 16,5mm / Pockets 5mm.

Thanks.

looks like lost steps to me

what is you depth of cut per pass ? can you post a screenshot of tools window in estlcam

Thx.

May have found the culprit ? I removed a small fan I added on top of Jackpot card recently (same power supply). Very small, looked harmless but too power consuming device that could disturb Jackpot ? Anyway I re-run the job today (without major change : code, bit…). Job terminated normally, without any issue
Thanks.
