LR4 build in The Netherlands

Hi!
Just opening a thread to keep my questions central. I am sure i will ask a lot.
I have no experience whatsoever in cnc or the proces to create a file.
For now i have printed all the parts in PETG-CF and have almost all the other parts complete.
It will just be for a quarter sheet just for learning

Welcome, perhaps a reason for a Dutch subforum?

Today i started with some assembly.
I really like those cable-channels, super engineering!
But i had a little problem with the mounting of the back rollers. This nut spins around in its pocket, and with that nylock i can never get it off again. i want it secure tightened so i’ll cut the part off tomorrow.
Maybe my PETG-CF is a little softer as PLA on a small surface.
On the other side i glued the nut secure before assembly
More people this problem?

You can push a screwdriver in the slot to stop the nut from rotating and then unscrew it. I would then just glue the nut in.

This is the second one, i glued that one. But the first one is already mounted, so the spinning nut is not accessible anymore for a screwdriver
