Finally got it running!
Think it took me 10 hours or so in 1 hours increments.
Currently surfacing a piece of junk MDF spoil board with a 1" shell mill and I’m really impressed with the finish. Don’t even need to tram it. Z makes a funny sound and but I think it’ll go away on its own.

It happens a LOT. I went back and forth on adding it to my prebuilds before I ship them. And because of how many of these type post I see, I go ahead and lube them good before they leave here just so I know its good. And they get the little tube that comes in the kit so they can lube it more as it needs it.

I couldn’t find my little tube that came with the parts so I hit with a shot of Teflon spray ever so lightly near top where it made the noise

I have quite a few of the little tubes around but they end up aggravating me most of the time. I started buying it in a larger tube like this…

But after using up most of the last one I bought, I decided to get this…

I usually end up “painting” it on with an acid brush so now I can just dip the brush in instead of making a mess with the tube lol.

Usually when I do one machine I do them all, several printers, LR4 and Primo
