LR3 maintenance schedule

I noticed today after homing my machine, the front bearing wheel and rail aren’t touching. They are ~2mm off the table. Maybe I need to square the machine again?

That got me thinking, I am probably ~50 cutting hours into the machine. What maintenance do I need to do?

When I built the LR3, everywhere I had a metal screw going into metal (not nylon nuts) I used blue loctite. I did randomly check some screws and some are loose. So that is probably a start.

What else should I consider checking / doing?

Definitely check and retighten any bolts and stuff. Also probably time to re-lube the lead screws.

If you have a trim router you’ll need to check the bushings as well. I’m sure spindles have some maintenance as well
