Lowrider - Just stopped mid cut

I just got my lowrider to its permanent table and it started cutting a new job. About half way through it just stopped moving. Also the Gcode is attached.

Here is the read out.

layout_6in_1st.gcode (3.1 MB)

Ok so I went into EstlCam and deleted what it didnt cut so I would start where it left off. I ran the gcode and it start off fine and then just randomly started cutting a line….this is not in the gcode. The second gcode is attached.

layout_6in_2nd.gcode (907.8 KB)

This red line shows where its at in the gcode

That red line is not in the gcode but the machine cut it…i am so confused!

Are you using a gcode sender, or are you just starting the job from the WebUI?
What did the ouptut in the terminal window look like when it went haywire?

I use the WebUI. Here is some of the lines before it went haywire.

#SOFTRESET#

Also, did you re-home before running the second gcode file? If you didn’t, it is probably zeroed at a different position. The G92 X0 Y0 doesn’t save across controller restarts.

Yes I home it before starting every job.

I starts out just fine. Even recutting a previous hole perfectly. Then just starts going in the -Y direction.

Did you do a soft reset?

Yes to stop it
