LowRider Fiber Laser?

Just ran across a video on YouTube for a diy fiber laser. Has me wondering if it could be adapted to run on a LowRider instead of the much more expensive set up this guy is using. The laser isn’t cheap at all. But it definitely peeks the cool factor. Not anything I’m thinking about doing anytime soon but I can dream lol.

The LowRider 3 motion control system would indeed be able to handle this, I think!

I’m using LowRider 3 to carry a plasma torch, so this should be no problem! One might have to balance power, speed, torque etc to get it right, but it seems doable.

I had already seen that video previously. The guy has built an amazing tool!

He has now released part 2 and just recently part 3 in the series!

Hey, just FYI, the guy who made that, Travis Mitchell, is already a V1E maker who has made a LowRider 2 in the past! See it in his workshop evolution video (link below) at time index 1:14!
