Hi All, I am still waiting on some of the final parts to arrive before I build my LR4.

BUT I would love to see photos of completed builds of the LR3 or LR4. The more colourfull the better

Excuse the mess. Still wiring it, but its mostly assembled!
This I would consider colorful but not tasteful, at least not to all. The theme is USA, red white and blueā¦ obviously. There are a couple others who will hopefully pop in with much more tasteful builds!

It is all personal preference but love it. Iām sure you will smile every time you go to use it

LOL, your machine is the one Iām copying the color scheme on. Not doing purple though. Figured thatās your color so Iām doing a different color. Should have pics soon in my thread.

LOL you could have used purple! That machine is actually sold to a good friend of mine. He picked the purple. I am trying to find time to tear down and rebuild my full sheet LR3. Blue and Silver for it. It wont look near as good as that one. I just donāt have time. My first sold prebuilt is the exact same black with purple in a full sheet machine so there will be others out there LOL.

Here is my build with black and blue/dark blue.
Depends on your preferences, but I would highly recommend a āsparkleā type filament, it gives a really nice look imo.

Wouldnāt call this Completed, but is Usable? Still missing critical features like LED lights.
Shellac coats came out darker than expected. Would clear polyurethane next time.
