Looking to build a low rider

I use this so I can control turning the router on with gcode.

I use a relay to turn on the router and the dust collection, m7 in the starting gcode and a $5 relay. Works well.

Yep. I’d you’re talking about this listing:

This part was designed to be installed on an existing hose hook:

does it fit into the rails? got pics of it mounted?

perfect, makes sense, will edit mine to add the hose hook under it

And I just threw away 3-4 large solid state relays about 6 weeks ago. lol.

I went to the garage for you . It’s a tight fit, this is with 23.4mm beam. I don’t think I can use the top plugs

if I’m understanding that unit right, I plug the router in on the left, the control on the right, and then I just need a longer cable to feed into it, sounds perfect!

It plugs in the wall like a normal surge protector. There are 2 wires that go to a fan / accessory port on your controller.

The router plugs into the io controlled plug, the controller plugs into an always on plug.

just ordered it and a 15ft 15amp power cord to replace the one in the box, should work. Appreciate the link

Finally got some time to spend on the lowrider, completed the wiring, aside from terminating the end stop harnesses.

All the wires are in sheathing, all flex points are in wire loom.

The loose cord in front is the overall power that goes to the power block, that too is wrapped and loomed ready to install.

The power brick suggested above is installed behind the hand made strut plate on the left until I cut final struts.

Last step is to drill and tap the unistrut for the pipe clamps for the y conduit.
