Found another one I could use help with. Anyone have any experience or knowledge on which number refers to which on cutter labelling? I get that these are 30 degree v bits but what about the rest?

At least that specific vendor EU_HOZLY the quality and sharpness of bits is really good.
For the US guys try HQMASTER bits they come at 10-14usd the 10pcs pack. I use them cutting plastics and acm/dibond and they give me a lot of life each: 4.5doc in acm at 1800-1950mm/min clean cuts every time (i use the 2 flute spirals)
Probably 6mm shaft, 30°, 0.5mm round/flat tip, 50mm tool length (the last one is a guess).
My calipers concur. I’ll check the rest of my bit collection and see if they seem to follow a similar order of naming.
