Latest PCB layout aligned with JLCPCB?

Hey!

I’m from Romania and I’ve started sourcing the materials to build this awesome project.

However, it seems that some of components on the PCB files from github are not recognized by JLCPCB and it’s giving me a really hard time.

As I don’t want to source and solder the SMD components by hand, I’ve checked the PCBA service from JLC and the headache started.
It seems that there are no extra informations regarding the dimensions of some SMD components on the teensy main board, making the selection of components a detective job :confused:. At least for a n00b like me in PCB ordering.

Does anyone has updated PCB files or is willing to update the files accordingly, at least for others?

Thanks a lot for the solution.

Most of the components I’ve managed to find them by guess work, however JLCPCB contacted me as I’ve had some 1005 SMD components that would unnecessary increase the cost of the stencil production. Based on the archive with the JLC BOM, I’ve updated those parts accordingly and now it should be fine I guess.

A little hint for the future, for the devs: It would be nice to migrate the project to KiCad or an EDA software which includes PCB manufacturers parts libraries to make life easier for everybody, both on costs and time.
