Well I was asked to help out and use my bbq for the annual Magusto at the Portuguese Canadian society. And I said there is no way sardines are going near my bbq.

So one of the old boys had a SS molson Canadian beer keg. So I made them their own roaster it’s not nice and or straight by any means but I had about a total of 3 nights to do it and used up all my ss I have collected over the years.

Worked so good now they have other plans for me haha

That looks great, I bet it is going to get a lot of use!

My neighbor has what he calls a santa maria bbq, looks kinda like that, chain driven cook surface.

Yes a proper one has like a coal burn area so you can prep the wood and shovel it into the cook area. They are so cool I really want one haha

I have seen some called Argentina grills as well.
