I have started the material gathering and printer for building the LR4, upgrading from a lr2. So work is remodeling one of our smaller boutique hotels(47 rooms). So I got 4 2’x4’ desks. I figure 12" between each desk so its 5’x9’ with an osb topper should be a good base.
As for the title. Back when Metalica sued napster for copy right infringement , 104.1 WBCN the rock of Boston, had a commercial that made fun of them. It was guitar riff stop " Money! Its all about the Money! M U N E money! Da da da da da da"
And when ever I take a short cut, elevator instead of stairs, drive 2 blocks instead of walk this pops in to my head.
“LAZY! L U A Z LAZY! DA DA DA DA DA DA”
Too lazy to spell lazy right. It also flows better.
Silk and matte have been problematic in the past, so if you have problems later, you now know why. There have been a lot of builds that did work with it, but just a heads-up.
Well…on the plus side I did 6 walls thickness instead of 3.
And its only $17 if it fails.
I shall live on the optimistic side. Its will work perfectly. And like you said if my machine is problematic I will start at the core.(imagine in Liam Neeson voice)
That’s also not recommended… Some of the walls/features don’t work too well with more walls. But it will all work out in the end. I printed 3 cores for the LR3 because my Prusa Mini was skewed… That’s life.
My new LR4 table base. There is a 12" gap in between the desks. How concerned should i be gaps. I plan throwing a sheet of mdf in the middle as the spoiler board.
