Hi, I recently worked with an MDF that had some unevenness, and as a result, the cut was not ideal. I know I can use the z-probe, but it is limited in the number of measurements it can take. I was wondering if a solution like (Klickly) would be useful for CNCs:
The “right” way is to surface your spoilboard. If that is ultra flat, and you need the material to be ultra flat as well it needs to get surfaced as your first operation.
The other way would be using a mesh leveling from firmware to curve your Gcode but that would involve a lot of probing with a touchplate.
