I think I had some overheating with the motor. Because after 20 minutes the Z motors still hot to the touch
I had the same issue.
Can’t say I for sure solved it but try putting a fan on Z stepper driver. I used a blower fan 3d printer fan and just stuck it in the general direction. Lube the Z screws as well if you haven’t done that in a while.

Well I had the pipe holder on the right y side break. Which caused a belt to go sideways and to bind the z rods. Also if you try to short cut and not rough cut in estlcam. You dont get as detailed final cut. The eye turn out great, but no leaf texture
Sad face. But I can still max out on speed and get it done in about 3 hours…at least acording to the software. Going to keep this one instead of going over it just incase my machine dies or I run into a bunch of other problems before Halloween.

Had to adjust the stl. I thought I could force estlcam to shrink the stl in the cutting program but it kept coming out wonky. But it worked out in the end.
I also should have sanded it a little more.
