I’m experimenting with Aluminum. I have only broken two bits, but I’m getting closer!!

Here is a key chain I made. It’s about 1 1/4" diameter. I polished out most of the milling marks with Mothers Aluminum Polish and a dremel buffing wheel. It’s not perfect, but good enough to carry in my pocket.

thats cool :slight_smile: where do you guys buy aluminum? is there somewhere online you can buy it… amazon prime would be great haha

I can find small sheets of aluminum at my local hardware store (ACE).
