I’d still like to learn how to get a curve on the top side while still being able to pocket the inside of the box. Still, happy with the results.
This is cedar finished with linseed oil.

Gotta look at two side machining, aka machine with a flip.
Those look great, though. I took my first try at a square box last week. I was just going to round the edges on my router table. Didn’t even fit together, lol.

Thanks! I contemplated adding a round over with my router table as well, maybe on the next set! I added a 0.2mm tolerance and that seems just right to get a nice firm but not overly tight seal.

I think I lost some steps and it’s not quite square
