Jackpot/FluidNC doesn't move for X home, Y home doesn't trigger when endstops are hit

I moved my Jackpot board from one case to another and now it’s having some weird issues with homing. When I press the X home icon in the FluidNC control panel, X doesn’t move at all. It doesn’t respond to movement button taps or further X home taps. I have to restart it to get it to move again, at which point it moves without issues when I tap the X direction buttons in either direction, but it still won’t move at all for X home.

Y home is behaving normally but once it triggers both endstops, the motors keep moving. If I kill the power, I can move Y normally, but if I try to do Y- moves past the physical 0 point, the motors keep grinding.

The endstop lights are all lit up when the endstops are not triggered. The lights switch off when an endstop is triggered, so it looks like there isn’t an issue with the wiring.

This is all stock Jackpot/FluidNC, and it worked just fine before I moved it to the new box. No changes happened anywhere else. Anything I can try to fix?

$ss in the terminal will tell you if there are any errors. Other than that make sure all the connections are good.

Make sure you connected the limit switches correctly, specially the y axis (if you invert ymin and max switch your homing wont work correctly)

Thanks as always - got some errors from $ss that led me to endstop wires that were reversed and one connector that was fraying at the base.

I appreciate you tons, thanks again!
