Jackpot Box Lid Height

Has anyone else had an issue with fitting all the wires in the jackpot 3d printed box? Specifically, I find that the lid for the 3d printed box applies pressure on the stepper motor cables, which can mess with the connections. Has anyone else had this issue?

I’m going to print a taller box so the wires have more space and don’t touch the lid, but I’m wondering if others have other solutions?

The motor cables can be zip tied to the side or run beneath the board, you shouldn’t have any problems with the space. :slightly_smiling_face:

And keep all your extra outside of the box.

Plus make sure no wires run over the top of the ESP32

Thanks. I’ll take a closer look. The connections for the stepper motor wires to the jackpot board seem quite loose. May have to switch out to some wire ends that snap into the jackpot board.

I haven’t had any issues with the wires being loose on any jackpot. Make sure you are pushing them down all the way on the pins
