Also do not use gt2 20t pulleys
Also do not use pine under y rollers
Take your time to make better table.
And make sure wirings are properly.

Looks like grinder time to me… probably easier to replace with button head screws though since you can’t grind them in place…
Sorry you had problems, it is a nice looking build. Once you get the kinks worked out, you’ll appreciate it more though. And you will be able to troubleshoot and diagnose future problems easier.
I do appreciate this much. Sorry if I expressed myself a little poorly. It has given much joy to me and it will give me more. i do even smile myself when I think that what I have. 
yesterday was bad day. There went so much wrong that it was allready funny. These “problems” are really small things to do when find the time and few parts will come from post.
There is some modifications coming in their own time.
for example new table and so on.
these problems are fully my fault not machine.

exactly screws were problem from the beginning. I did find that here is not good place were to buy screws 
. I did bought all screws in different places.
